I got this humi today and took it out of the box for inspection.
The box itself looks very nice on the outside. On the one I received there is a bit of uneven bevel in some places on the lip of the lid. I opened it up and took a look at the insides. What I found inside was very disappointing. The compartment itself is lined with what looks like cedar, but probably isn't. The rest of box looks like it is comprised of mdf.
The only good thing I can say about the humi is that it closes tight. It doesn't have a tight seal so this isn't where you'll want to put your cigars for the long term.
I would also say that this box isn't even better than the boxes cigars normally come in.

While the humidor itself isn't the best around, for the price, you simply can't beat it. I had budgeted 50 bucks for wedding favors for each groomsmen - I gave each one one of these, a personalized zippo, a personalized flask, and a couple cigars and a small bottle of liquor. It functions well-enough provided you set it up properly.
Like I said, you can't expect the best humidor in the world at this price, but this one looks much more expensive than it was, and it functions decently. For the price I paid, I'm overwhelmingly pleased with this product!
